A 20-minute Exercise That Will Improve Your Relationship With Your Partner
One of the main reasons for the end of the relationship is weak or nonexistent communication.
When we talk about poor communication, we do not mean talking about routine tasks or working days, but about intimate conversations about the feelings of a partner.
There is a training that lasts only twenty minutes and promises that partners who have routine will separate themselves and become close. The exercise should be performed on a regular basis, if possible on a daily basis. Partners should choose the time during the day when they know that no one will be disturbed and when they will be able to fully devote to each other.
